Kim Kardashian recently celebrated a special milestone as her youngest son, Psalm West, turned 7 years old on 9th May. To make the day memorable, Kim hosted a fun-filled Pokémon-themed birthday party surrounded by close family and friends.

The celebration featured eye-catching decorations, including giant Poké Ball balloons, a life-sized Pikachu figure, and oversized Pokémon playing cards that transformed the venue into a colourful Pokémon world. A few days later, Kim Kardashian shared photos from the party on Instagram and simply captioned the post "Pokemon Psalm!”

Psalm fully embraced the theme by wearing a black Pikachu T-shirt paired with black athletic shorts. His sister, Chicago West, also joined in on the fun with a white Pokémon graphic tee featuring popular characters like Pikachu and Ash Ketchum. Their brother, Saint West, kept it casual in a grey graphic T-shirt and light-wash jeans.

Although North West was not seen in the photos, several cousins attended the celebration, including Dream Kardashian, the daughter of Rob Kardashian.

Kim Kardashian's Interest in Pokémon

Pokémon has clearly become a favourite in the Kardashian household. Kim has previously been seen opening Pokémon card packs with Saint and music producer Steve Aoki. Earlier this year, she also purchased a rare graded Hidden Fates Shiny Charizard card, showing her growing interest in the franchise.

This isn't the first time Kim Kardashian has gone all out for Psalm's birthday. Last year, she organised a Deadpool & Wolverine-themed celebration for his 6th birthday.

Shortly after Psalm was born in 2019, Kim shared that he brought the family closer together. She explained that everyone in the family adored him and that his presence helped strengthen their bond and improve relationships among family members.
