Peter's journey takes a turn when his powers begin to glitch and change, leading him to seek help from Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner. However, since the memory spell is still in effect, the Hulk has no idea who Peter is. A mysterious voice-over explains that spiders go through three life cycles and are often most vulnerable during the transition.
The narrator notes that for the spiders who actually survive this process, it results in a powerful rebirth. This explanation is paired with a chilling shot of Peter's eyes turning completely black, suggesting his transformation might make him more powerful than ever.

'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' hits theatres on 31st July and serves as the final MCU chapter before the massive 'Avengers: Doomsday' arrives in December.
