RJ Rohit caught up with content creator, Vickypedia about content creation, collaborations and so much more! Vikas, who is known as Vickypedia, is an Instagram and YouTube content creator. He started with live theatre performance, but when the pandemic happened, he switched to social media platforms. He works with a team that comes up with ideas for content and then focuses on the production value of his content. His team used all the drawbacks that people face while making videos, and switched to better alternatives to present better content. He likes to work with people with similar interests and therefore, thinks he and Raghu Vine would be able to create good content together. According to him, content creators could focus on emotional nuance to reach a larger audience. RJ Rohit caught up with Kartiki Gonsalves about her Oscar winning documentary, 'The Elephant Whisperers’ on World Environment Day! Kartiki Gonsalves was born and raised in Ooty. She is an Indian photographer and documentary filmmaker. Kartiki excels in nature and wildlife photography and has been acknowledged by Sony as an Artisan of Imagery India. Image Courtesy: IMDb Gonsalves has also operated cameras for Animal Planet and the Discovery Channel. She is the director of the documentary 'The Elephant Whisperers', which was produced by Guneet Monga, Douglas Blush and Achin Jain. A 30-minute drive from where Gonsalves was raised, the 41-minute documentary was made at the Theppakadu Elephant Camp. The movie won the Best Documentary Short Film Oscar at the 95th Academy Awards. The film was the first from India to receive the honour. Raghu's page, ‘Raghu Vine Store’ is well-liked by his followers. During COVID-19 lockdown, Raghu reportedly became a digital phenomenon. His popularity increased to the point where he was asked to appear on the reality TV programme 'Big Boss Kannada 8', which marked a significant turning point in his life. He joined a company and spent seven years working in the corporate sector, then worked as a freelancer for various social media networks and started his own channel. He posted brief videos to Facebook, which helped him gain popularity on social media through content creation. Raghu is one of the most gifted artists of this generation and has a terrific sense of humour. He has produced a wide range of content, including food vlogs, product reviews, celebrity interviews and humourous videos. Through his ingenuity, his manner of speaking, and the way he creates the videos, Raghu has captured the hearts of a million Kannadigas over the past couple of years. RJ Niladri had a chat with Devdutt Pattanaik, a mythologist from Mumbai, India. He is also known to be a speaker, illustrator and author on Hindu sacred lore, legends, folklore, fables and parables. Devdutt’s work is mostly centred on religion, mythology and management. His most well-known books are ‘Myth = Mithya: A Handbook of Hindu Mythology’, ‘Jaya: An Illustrated Retelling of the Mahabharata’, and ‘Sita: An Illustrated Retelling of the Ramayana’ and ‘My Gita’. The Mahabharata and the Ramayana have been used by Pattanaik in human resource management. Pattanaik writes columns for Mid-Day, Times of India, CN Traveller, Daily O and Scroll.in. For 14 years, Pattanaik worked in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. In his leisure time, he wrote mythology-related articles and books, which he later turned into his full-time job. In 1997, his debut book ‘Shiva: An Introduction’ was released. Most of Pattanaik’s books are illustrated by him.
