Sadie Sandler is moving into the dorms for her latest starring role in a new Netflix comedy produced by her dad, Adam Sandler.
The first trailer for 'Roommates' dropped on 10th March, giving us a look at the 19-year-old actress as Devon, an optimistic and slightly naive college freshman.
What is 'Roommates' About?
The story follows Devon as she heads off to her first semester and asks a cool, self-assured student named Celeste—played by Chloe East—to be her roommate. While things start out fine, the vibe quickly shifts as Devon struggles to figure out her boundaries, turning their new friendship into a hilarious battle of passive-aggressive moves.

This isn't Sadie's first time on screen; she's been appearing in her father's films since she was a toddler, with her first role in 'You Don't Mess with the Zohan' back in 2008. Since then, she's become a regular in the Sandler cinematic universe, recently starring in 'You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah' and 'Happy Gilmore 2.'
'Roommates' Cast
True to the classic 'Happy Madison' style, the movie features a stacked comedy cast, including Natasha Lyonne, Nick Kroll, and Sarah Sherman. It's directed by Chandler Levack and written by a talented duo from Saturday Night Live.
