Forget the chiselled jawlines and the "born-to-be-a-superstar" vibes for a second. Ed Sheeran and Benny Blanco are officially planting their flag for the relatable guys of the world!

During a recent appearance on the 'Friends Keep Secrets' podcast, the duo opened up about how they represent the average guy in an industry dominated by polished superstars.

The conversation kicked off when host Lil Dicky reminisced about Ed's early days, noting that even at the start of his massive career, the singer remained the most normal person he had ever met.

Ed Sheeran and Benny Blanco on Good Looking Celebs

The group laughed about the contrast between themselves and Hollywood heartthrobs like Jacob Elordi or Chris Brown. Ed Sheeran noted that there is always that popular kid from school who is just naturally gifted and good-looking. Benny Blanco chimed in, mentioning how some guys can do impressive things like backflips, whereas he and Ed feel more like the average Joe who somehow made it to the top.

According to Benny, this "average guy" energy is exactly why Ed is so successful. He believes Ed writes lyrics that sound like things everyday people say, making his music incredibly easy to connect with.

Despite their global success, both stars seem to hold onto a sense of humility and even a bit of insecurity, which keeps them grounded and relatable to fans everywhere.
