Gigi Hadid had only one person on her mind at the 2026 Met Gala—Bradley Cooper.
The 31-year-old model attended the star-studded event on 4th May and walked the red carpet alone, but made it clear her partner was still very much part of her night. While speaking with Ashley Graham and Cara Delevingne during Vogue's livestream, she opened up about how she gets into the right mindset in front of the cameras.

She explained that she focuses on a happy place, thinking positive thoughts, so her smile feels natural and comes through her eyes. When asked what helps her get there, she shared that she first thinks about her daughter Khai, and then about her partner.

Thinking of Khai brings her joy, and she channels that feeling before playfully adding that she then serves something special for Bradley when facing the cameras. Cara Delevingne reacted warmly, saying Bradley is a lucky man.
Although Bradley Cooper didn't walk the red carpet with her, he later made a surprise appearance inside the event, dressed in a classic black suit with a white-collared shirt.

For her return to the Met Gala, Gigi Hadid wore a sheer custom look by Miu Miu, inspired by elements from her favourite collections by the label.
The couple has been together for nearly three years but has yet to officially walk a red carpet side by side. Still, this event marked a rare moment where both attended as a couple, even if not publicly together. Interestingly, they were both at the Met Gala back in 2023, before their relationship became public.

Over time, their bond has grown stronger, with appearances ranging from low-key outings to more high-profile moments. Earlier this year, they were spotted holding hands during a date night in New York City.
They made their relationship Instagram official in May 2025 through photos shared from Hadid's 30th birthday celebration.
Both stars are parents from previous relationships. Gigi Hadid shares her daughter Khai with Zayn Malik, while Cooper shares daughter Lea de Seine with Irina Shayk.
