SZA has officially confirmed that a collaboration with Paramore is currently in the works, as revealed in a recent interview. The announcement came during a lively fan Q&A session on Apple Music's TikTok account, preceding the premiere of SZA's Apple Music Live set. When asked about the potential collaboration with the rock band, SZA responded with enthusiasm, stating, "Yeah, soon, soon! It's in the works."

Moreover, in the same interview, SZA shared insights into her favourite song to perform live. She highlighted the pop-punk-influenced 'SOS' track and specifically mentioned 'F2F,' noting that it has become her favourite. This revelation hinted at a potential future alternative-tinged project in the works.

The anticipation for a collaboration with Paramore had been previously fueled by Paramore's own Hayley Williams. Last August, Williams expressed her eagerness to work with SZA, revealing that she was in regular contact with the 'Kill Bill' singer about the collaboration. Williams praised SZA's work, citing 'Garden' as her favourite song and commending all of SZA's records for being skip-free.

SZA's Apple Music Live set captures her performances at Brooklyn's Barclays Center in October 2023 and is set to premiere on 31st January, exclusively on Apple Music at 7 PM Pacific Standard Time and 10 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Adding to the excitement, SZA has been announced as a featured performer at the upcoming 66th Grammy Awards on Sunday, 4th February. Her surprise-dropped sophomore album, 'SOS,' released in late 2022, leads the nominations with an impressive total of nine, including 'Album of the Year,' 'Song of the Year' and 'Record of the Year.'

Despite her numerous nominations, SZA has secured a Grammy win only once, as a featured artist on Doja Cat's 'Kiss Me More' in 2022.
