Jennifer Lopez wants everyone to know that Ben Affleck is living his best life! At the 2024 Golden Globe Awards, the 54-year-old star chatted with Entertainment Tonight and addressed the buzz around some photos where Affleck seemed a bit down.
Lopez chuckled at the question and reassured everyone, saying, "I don't know about that. Ben is doing just fine—no need to worry about him. Let me tell you, he's good. He's happy, he's here and he's nominated."
"He's like, 'I'm chilling.' I don't get why people are so worked up," she joked. "They don't catch the right vibes from my face." The power couple, who reignited their romance in 2021 and tied the knot in 2022, attended the awards ceremony to support Affleck's 2023 film, 'Air.'

Despite the movie not taking home any awards, Affleck was in good spirits, seen smiling and laughing alongside Lopez, Matt Damon and Damon's wife Luciana Barroso. They even presented the award for the 'Best Director of a Motion Picture' to Christopher Nolan for 'Oppenheimer.'
This isn't the first time Lopez has playfully addressed the public's fascination with Affleck's expressions. Back in February 2023, she shared the 'Air' trailer on her Instagram, featuring a still of Affleck as Nike co-founder Phil Knight with the caption "my husband's happy face." It was a cheeky nod to internet chatter about Affleck's supposed boredom at the previous year's Grammy Awards.
Entertainment Tonight also captured a delightful moment during the pre-show when Lopez met Brie Larson for the first time. In a viral red carpet conversation, Larson got emotional as she expressed her admiration for Lopez. "I saw Selena, and it made me want to be an actor. And you've always meant so much to me," Larson gushed.
"Oh my God, don't make me cry," Lopez responded.
