Taylor Swift’s ‘Anti-Hero’ and SZA’s ‘Kill Bill’ have been fighting for the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart since a long time now. ‘Anti-Hero’ has been on the top for eight non-consecutive weeks, which makes it Swift’s longest leading single.
She posted a screenshot of Billboard’s tweet on her Instagram story to celebrate her success, but in the postscript, she didn’t forget to mention her so-called rival SZA, “Been listening to SZA’s album nonstop. Absolutely adore her music. So much love and respect for her!!” SZA, whose song ‘Kill Bill’ is number two on this week’s Hot 100, reposted the story writing, “Congratulations to Tay Tay! And thank you so much your album and writing is phenomenal… as always.”

Earlier this month, the fans of the two singers spread unfounded rumours that the chart battle between their songs influenced tensions between them. However, SZA and Taylor Swift have mentioned multiple times now that this is absolutely incorrect. SZA mentioned in a tweet, “Uhh I feel silly that I even have to say this but I see supporters arguing and I hate that. I don’t have beef with ANYONE especially not Taylor lmao I genuinely loved her album and the writing!” SZA added, “Everyone’s jus tryna do their BEST as we all should. LOVE TO EVERYONE.”

While SZA shared the official music video for ‘Kill Bill’ recently, Swift live-debuted ‘Anti-Hero’ for the first time at The 1975’s show at the O2 in London. Both the singers have been thriving post the release of their albums.
