TXT Teases New EP, Reveals Name and Release Date

TXT is set to make a comeback

South Korean rising stars, TXT, are ready to make their comeback to music, shortly. After their management, BigHit Entertainment revealed that they’d be releasing new music soon, details about their imminent comeback have officially been confirmed.

Tomorrow x Together will release an EP, “Minisode 1: Blue Hour”, on the 26th of October, according to latest reports. In addition, a teaser revealing the title of the upcoming EP and its release date was posted online late last night.

TXT, who have been on the rise in the Korean and global music scene, have seen a massive leap in growth spanning their past few releases. And, while the teaser doesn’t reveal much else in terms of themes, tracklists and sound, fans are excited nonetheless. “Minisode 1: Blue Hour” will serve as a follow up to their previous release, a fellow 6-track EP, titled “The Dream Chapter: ETERNITY”, led by the title track, ‘Can’t You See Me?’.

Further, the group has also been busy promoting their music and performance with vigour online. In addition, they recently put out a Japanese version of their “ETERNITY” B-side – ‘Drama’. Accompanying the release of the last EP and its subsequent music videos and such was a wave of critical acclaim and commercial success.

The EP charted at No. 4 on the Billboard World Albums chart and went on to receive a silver certification from the Korea Music Content Association, becoming their first such certification.

All in all, TXT has proven to be an act to watch out for, steadily growing as artists on a global scale. And, as far as their upcoming EP, “Minisode 1: Blue Hour” goes, one just has to keep their eyes peeled for further updates.
