Raja Kumari Spits Fire in New Track “N.R.I”

Raja Kumari has only ever competed with herself. And if you look at the scoreboard — you will find that she is winning. Earlier in the month, after having signed with the label, Mass Appeal, which has a partnership with Universal Music India – she’s now all geared up to drop a new album.

But first — here is a single, unleashed. NRI (Non-Resident Indian) is an undoubted hit that has taken off right at its launch. Raja Kumari, “bindi on your third eye but your third eye closed.” Then talking about the label duo she has just signed with, she sings, “too brown for the label too privileged for the co-sign.”

Raja Kumari has recruited quite the star cast in order to craft this single. This one’s been produced by American record producer and songwriter Rob Knox and co-written by Grammy award-winning artist, Sirah.

Additionally, resounding with all third-culture kids, the lyrics talk about the duality in the upbringing and the sense of belonging yet alienation predominant in all cultures; Raja Kumari strikes gold.

Raja Kumari launched to fame a few years ago, making her mark as one of the front runners of the female rap movement. She has collaborated with the likes of Fifth Harmony, Iggy Azaelea, Fall Out Boy and Gwen Stefani.

All too real, yet a bop, nonetheless. So give this one a listen and of course, get ready to give your mood a spin.

Camila Cabello Makes an Offer You Can’t Refus

Camila Cabello has made the offer of a lifetime: she has invited one lucky fan to spend a day on set with her and make an appearance in her next music video as part of the All-In Challenge.

Alright so first off, ya’ll need some context. The All-In Challenge finds its origins in Philadelphia 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin‘s plans to raise funds for those in desperate need of food during this global pandemic. So, how does it all come together? It turns out that Rubin has directed his efforts to encouraging stars like Justin Bieber, Drake, Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello and many more to offer up once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

All the money raised will go to Feeding America, Meals on Wheels, World Central Kitchen and No Kid Hungry.

So, in response to this, Camila Cabello took to social media to share a brief clip explaining what’s on the table.

“I’m offering a day on set of my next music video when social distancing is over. You will make a cameo in the music video, you will learn choreography with me, I’ll teach you all the moves — well, my choreographer will teach us the moves,” Camila Cabello said.

And here are the finer details: not only will the winner get a roundtrip domestic flight, they’ll also be treated to a one-night hotel stay and the on-set experience with Camila Cabello.

Cabello has shared a link in the bio of her Instagram page for those willing to donate.

It’s quite an intriguing initiative and now since Camila’s taken the first step, it’ll be exciting to see what other artists are ready to offer up.

Justin Bieber And Ariana Grande are ‘Stuck With U’

It looks like there’s a new collab on the horizon and all fingers are pointing towards Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber. After a playful string of tweets between the two, they finally confirmed the news.

Justin Bieber posted a little graphic of two figures cooped up inside a house, a rather endearing drawing, we have to admit. He captioned the piece saying, “I want to see you guys having fun in quarantine. This is the prom song for everyone who can’t go to prom now. Tweet us videos using #stuckwithu or #stuckwithuvideo of you in your prom dresses or suits with your loved ones having fun or dancing to the instrumental. If you don’t have that just have fun with your loved ones.”

This new hit titled  ‘Stuck With U‘ will be their first ever collaboration together. And the music video is most definitely going to be heartwarming as they plan to collect home videos from their fans world over and create a simple little montage.

The song is out on the 8th of May and the proceeds go toward First Responders Children’s Foundation.
