Niall Horan Fans Are Furious as Singer Gets Disrespected

Fans are supporting Niall Horan

Niall Horan spent his weekend feeling supported and protected by fans all over the world. The singer, whose performance on ‘RTE Does Comic Relief’ was interrupted on live stream, was trending at No. 1 with the hashtag #RESPECTNIALLHORAN.

Former One Direction member, Niall Horan, recently sat down for an acoustic rendition of his mellow track ‘Black and White‘ on the popular segment to raise funds.

All was going well for the Irish singer-songwriter until the host of ‘RTE Does Comic Relief’, and his puppet friends, decided to interrupt and cut off Niall mid-performance. The main culprit in question is ‘Dustin the Turkey’, who decided to diss Niall, asking for the “other guy from One Direction”, mocking Horan, saying “We want Harry Styles”.

And while local viewers of the segment were amused, calling for more such content, Horan’s overseas fans took to Twitter to express their disgust and displeasure at the public interruption of his performance. Niall Horan fans trended the hashtag #RESPECTNIALLHORAN worldwide.

Check out some fan reactions below:

Niall and his team are yet to respond to public outrage over the incident.

Just a thought, though: Niall Horan is one of the biggest pop stars in the world. His participation in One Direction has made him a part of music history. He’s enjoying massive success in his new role as a singer-songwriter. His remix of ‘Moral of the Story’ with Ashe is climbing charts steadily. So, is a joke by a puppet really going to bruise his pride? We’ll just have to wait and see.

Beyonce Runs The World: Earns The Humanitarian Award

Beyonce runs the world, we are convinced. At the 2020 BET Awards, the singer received the Humanitarian Award for creating a huge impact in the lives of people in need.

“I am here today to talk about the queen. You know the one!” The former First Lady Michelle Obama said while she started the speech for presenting the award to the ‘Run The World (Girls)’ singer.

Beyonce appeared on video to accept the award and spoke about how much this meant to her. “Thank you so much for this beautiful honor, I want to dedicate this award to all of my brothers out there, all of my sisters out there inspiring me, marching, and fighting for change. Your voices are being heard, and you are proving to our ancestors at their struggles were not in vain.”

We also got to to see videos of Beyonce’s activism which included testaments from people she’s helped along the way. With a lot of honor, Queen B diverted her speech with a call to action for asking everyone to cast their votes.

“Now, we have one more thing we need to do to walk in our true power and that is to vote. I’m encouraging you to continue to take action, continue to change and dismantle a racist and unequal system…We have to vote like our life depends on it because it does. So please continue to be the change you want to see.”

Beyonce concluded the video by thanking, “BET for this honor. It means so me, especially coming from y’all. I love you. God Bless you and goodnight.” It definitely looked like a very great night, so happy for her.
