‘Move Ya Hips’ By Nicki Minaj and A$AP Ferg Out Now

This Thursday just got a little freaky. Rappers, Nicki Minaj, A$AP Ferg and MadeinTYO, have released the previously teased track, ‘Move Ya Hips’. And, this collaboration is as “cheeky” as it gets. 

The track was teased earlier this week, marking Nicki’s first release since the announcement of her pregnancy. Following some friendly social media banter initiated by fellow rapper A$AP Rocky, the artists confirmed the collaboration. 

Well, ‘Move Ya Hips’ is out now and sees the rappers at their raunchy best. Accompanied by a telemarketing-themed music video, the song details the usual – getting down and dirty, twerking it out and to put it plainly, moving ‘ya hips.

While the track is similar in content to many of the artists’ previous releases, the production offers up something new entirely. Combining alternative electro-pop elements and a fresh new flow from both Nicki and Ferg, the release hits all the right spots. 

‘Move Ya Hips’ marks Ferg’s third collaboration with Nicki. The duo have previously worked on the 2017 hit, ‘Plain Jane REMIX’, and the 2018 release, ‘Runnin’. In addition, this track marks Ferg and  MadeinTYO’s fifth collaboration. The two have previously collaborated on tracks like ‘Square Bitch’, ‘WAM’ and more.
