Linkin Park Release Hybrid Theory

To commemorate a staggering 20 years since the release of their debut album, Linkin Park has treated fans to an all-new album titled Hybrid Theory (20th Anniversary Edition). The new record was released worldwide on October 9, 2020.

Details On The Album:

The 20th Anniversary edition of Hybrid Theory contains a whopping 80 songs. From live versions to completely unheard renditions of fan favorites, this one has it all. The original 12 song album was touted as the most sold record of the 2000-2010 decade.

With the release of the new album, Linkin Park said the following: “It’s incredible to think it’s been 20 years since Hybrid Theory was released. All gratitude to our fans who made this epic journey we started 20 years ago possible. We dedicate our music to you. We rededicate our Hybrid Theory to you.”

The record is not just available as a digital version. Fans can buy a physical version of the Linkin Park record. Apart from including 12 unreleased tracks, the physical album includes an 80-page book, a cassette reproduction of a two-track street team sampler, lithographs, a replica tour laminate, a poster of Chester Bennington, a range of several demo tapes and a whole lot more.

Album Trailer And Livestream:

Before the release of the new album, the group released a short trailer on Youtube. The two and a half minute long video gave fans a sneak peek of the upcoming album. Unsurprisingly, the album has lived up to all the hype and exceeded all expectations.

The group has also promoted a performance live stream as well as a live Q&A session with the full band. The event is all set to go down on the day of the album release. Additionally, Mike Shinoda promised that Linkin Park will be performing all 12 original songs from the album.

Linkin Park has not put out music since the tragic death of their former lead singer Chester Bennington. However, by the looks of it, they’re set to take the world by storm again.
