Lil Nas X Flaunts ‘Baby’ Bump in Pregnancy Shoot

Congratulations are in order for Lil Nas X as he is soon going to be a proud parent of a healthy, strong and beautiful debut album, Montero. “This is my baby”, the singer shared in a recent maternity shoot that he was a part of. Check out the incredible photos below!

The ‘Old Town Road‘ singer took to his social media to drop some exclusive photos from a recent pregnancy shoot and we are still reeling back from all the excitement. Former President of the United States Of America, Barack Obama also wished the singer luck with his upcoming album and had even sent across an adorable baby shower gift!

The singer shared that the inspiration for this photoshoot struck him after he listened to  Megan Thee Stallion’s verse on his new song ‘Dolla Sign Slime‘. “I was like, ‘Oh my God, this is amazing,’ so I immediately called my stylist,” he says.”She was like, ‘Wow, this all comes together. Your album. Your baby.’ I was like, ‘Yeah, this is my baby, huh?’ As a joke, she was like, ‘Yeah, you should do a pregnancy shoot.’”

 “I guess I am the father as well as the mother. But I guess the producers who worked on it are like the dads too. Or maybe uncles”, he adds.

Though many fans praised his creativity, there were many who were quick to hit the artist with criticisms.”Dr Umar said they will use LGBTQ to distract us from black civil rights and then they birthed Lil nas x who is just a puppet for whatever label he is signed to”, tweeted one user.  Another troll wrote that Lil Nax “goes from ‘one outlandish antic to the next” and that “you will never see a white, Asian, Hispanic or Arab equivalent to him in the entertainment industry” because they would not ‘tolerate’ actions like this.

Lil Nas X of course did not take these to heart and clapped back with an equal level of energy and wit that only he is capable of delivering.

Montero comes out on September 17th. We wish Lil Nas X and his ‘little one’ all the love and luck in the world!
