Britney Spears, the American singer and songwriter gave her 24.5 million Instagram followers a glimpse of her crucial workout which helps her to be in shape and get tight buttocks. The ‘Criminal‘ singer wore a tiny crop with shorts as she exercised.

On Instagram, she captioned the video ” believe it or not really do help with getting a tight buttocks..I didn’t have time to show the full routine in the video …. but trust me it will kick your ass !!!! I hope you all are taking care of yourselves and staying healthy …. it’s also really important to learn to meditate and stretch for clarity. Stay safe my friends and God Bless you all.. PS I shot this on Father’s Day five days ago…. June 21st to be exact !!!!!⁣”

Britney Spears explains the exact kind of routine you need to practice to gain a tight peach which includes doing side to side stretches to up and down leg raises. One can also try the side leg raises, jumping jacks, squats, push ups, stretch and much more.

What interesting is the fact that Britney Spears was in her home gym while she did the workout, same part of her home that she burned out last year. “Hi guys, I’m in my gym today and yes it is the gym that I burnt down. It’s still not fixed yet but I’m getting there,” she says at the start of the video.

Recently, at end of April, Britney Spears had disclosed that she burned down the her home gym but it was an ‘honest mistake’. The “Work Bitch’ singer had lit two candles in the space and then “one thing lead to another” but fortunately, no one was hurt in the accident as the fire alarm went off.
