Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande Are Prepping For their Collab

Lady Gaga has kept her Little Monsters on their toes, since the announcement of her upcoming album, ‘Chromatica’. Just a few weeks back, she revealed her star-studded tracklist. She’s got a collaboration down with Elton John, the Kpop supergroup BLACKPINK and pop princess, Ariana Grande.

Ariana Grande & Lady Gaga's Single “Rain On Me”- Here's What We ...

Ariana and Gaga have worked on a track called, ‘Rain on Me’ and thankfully, fans don’t have to wait till the entire album drops to hear it. Both singers took to social media to announce the release date for this track, which happens to be May 22nd.

The cover art shows us Lady Gaga in pink and black, settled inside a cave while Ariana waits at the entrance. Gaga here is clearly some sort of extraterrestrial creature, considering that the cave looks rather…unsettling. Think Aliens, the 1986 cult classic, but a little more colourful. Oh and this time, Gaga is the monster. Well, fans do call her, Mother Monster, so it’s all quite fitting.

Ariana Has Another Collab in the Works

Ariana Grande is no stranger to top notch collabs. She just put out a tune with Justin Bieber titled, ‘Stuck With U’ and this one’s already racing through the charts. And just recently, in a conversation with Zane Lowe, she revealed that she had teamed up with Doja Cat for a brand new song.

“I’m obsessed with her. I love her. I was able to work with her earlier this year on this song that I want to save for whenever it’s time again, to drop,” Grande gushed.

“I love her personality. I love what she brings to the table musically. She’s just such a breath of fresh air. I think she’s brilliant and so talented. … We did this song together towards the end of last year and I love it so much. I remember when I first wrote it and sent it to her, she was in the shower and she was like, ‘B—h, I love this. I’m in the shower.’ And I was like, ‘Shower. You can call me back.'” Attention! We’ve got a hardcore fangirl on the block.

There’s been no further news on that collab, but right now, let’s just look forward to the coming few weeks. Once ‘Rain on Me’ is out, we’ll barely have a minute to breathe because Chromatica is going to drop just a couple days later, on May 29th.
