As the #BlackLivesMatter protests rage on across different parts of the globe, musicians are currently channelling all their resources into fighting for racial justice. Some have taken to social media, to voice their views and put out petitions. While others have taken to the streets to protest. And Harry Styles, the former One Direction star, is among the many artists who have taken their fight on ground.

Numerous videos have surfaced showing the young star wearing a bandana, a black full arm jacket, a pair of white pants along with gloves keeping the COVID-19 outbreak in mind, as he marches along with everyone else in LA.

Harry Styles Puts His Views out on the Table

While some fans have spotted their favourite celebrities out on the streets, they’ve been respectful enough to focus on the issue at hand. Rather than approaching these stars, for photos and whatnot. Speaking of what particular fans have witnessed, one Directioner, recently revealed that Harry was not only holding up a placard. He also kneeled down with other protestors as police officers continued to advance.

The fan, who goes by the Twitter handle @d0peangela, revealed that it was quite emotional to watch someone she admired for years to come forward and show his support. “i feel like he’s learning and doing his part to do better. i watched this man chant with us and kneel with us and most of you do not know how much it fucking means to be black and see this from the person you’ve been supporting for years!!!!!” she tweeted.

Recently, Harry Style also took to social media to support the cause. He put up a ‘Black Lives Matter’ poster, with a caption reading:

I do things every day without fear, because I am privileged, and I am privileged every day because I am white. Being not racist is not enough, we must be anti racist. Social change is enacted when a society mobilizes. I stand in solidarity with all of those protesting. I’m donating to help post bail for arrested organizers. Look inwards, educate yourself and others. LISTEN, READ, SHARE, DONATE and VOTE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. BLACK LIVES MATTER.

Along with Harry Styles, countless other stars like Ariana Grande, Nick Cannon, Halsey, Yungblud, Machine Gun Kelly and many more have taken their protests on foot. We’re catching glimpses of what they’re seeing out there through constant social media updates
