DJ Akademiks and Freddie Gibbs Feud with Ugly Tweets
What is a week in music without a Twitter feud? And this week’s stars shine bright as they spew accusations and expletives at each other, for the world to watch. The stars in question are none other than DJ Akademiks and rapper Freddie Gibbs.
The two have rocked the peaceful hip hop boat on Twitter, and we don’t exactly know why. The digital war seemingly came out of nowhere. Gibbs caught Akademiks’ attention when he tweeted: “I’ll give a bad b**ch 5k if they admit to sleeping with him”.
DJ Akademiks responded saying: “Bring all ur statements of how much you made as a rapper and I’ll bring up tax statements of what I made as a BLOGGER. and let’s compare”. Gibbs immediately retorted with a sweet ol’ statement, writing “Boy, shut the f*ck up. U pay for sex.” He went on to say: “My son’s room bigger than yo house b**ch stop it”.
