Cardi B Doesn’t WAP When Kulture Is Around

Cardi B has made it clear that her daughter, Kulture will not be part of the ‘WAP’ hype. The very explicit song surely requires adult supervision before one can listen to it. And, the American rapper is on board with that idea.

Recently, Cardi B was jamming to her recent hit track, ‘WAP’ which features Megan Thee Stallion on her Instagram Live. However, the moment Kulture who’s two years old, walked in the room, the rapper decided to cut the music. She was also seen shouting, “No, no, no, no!” and quickly went on to take a sip of her wine to calm herself down.

Is ‘WAP’ appropriate enough?

‘WAP’ song has been in the news since it’s release. Be it due to the catchy beat, colourful video or the lyrics, it’s got one hooked. However, many artists have raised questions regarding the explicitly of the song. One of them is Snoop Dogg who called out on Cardi B and Megan for “being too explicit”.

But, ladies, if you’ve got a husband like Offset, one doesn’t need to defend such comments. Offset stood by Cardi B against the whole criticism involving his wife. ” “She grown. I don’t get in a female’s business, so I’m just gonna say I hate when men do that.”

Offset Goes On…

Offset continued to defend Cardi B, “As rappers, we talk about the same s–t. Men can’t speak on women — they’re too powerful, first off. And it’s a lot of women empowerment. Like, don’t shoot it down. We never had this many female artists running this s–t; they catching up to us, like passing us and setting records. That’s two women on one record, that’s a very successful record.”

“We should uplift our women, and don’t say what they can or can’t do. You know how long women have been told they can’t do something or they shouldn’t do this or they been blackballed out of entertainment? So I stay out of female stuff. … It’s entertainment. You can go on YouTube to see people shoot videos with guns and talk about killing. We can’t really be like judgmental on certain things and certain things we don’t.”

Our eyes have hearts shining at Offset’s comment on the whole ‘WAP’ deal. We love the couple, honestly. And, taking a second on looking at their parenting, Cardi B taking an action to pause the song, speaks enough. So, later, hater.
