Blake Shelton Wishes Gwen Stefani on Her Birthday

Blake Shelton is giving Gwen Stefani the gift of love for her birthday. The country singer took to Instagram on Sunday to celebrate his wife’s special day.

“Happy birthday to my better half…my WIFE!!!! I love you @gwenstefani!” the country singer wrote alongside a black-and-white photo that sees the blushing bride in her custom Vera Wang wedding gown holding her groom around his shoulders. Upon reading her husband’s sweet message, Stefani hopped in the comments of the Instagram post and wrote, “love u x.”

In the photo from their nuptials, both Shelton and Stefani are sharing a newlywed dance, while both look beaming and bright in their wedding ensembles.

Stefani wasn’t just showered with love from Shelton: Friends, family members and fans all reached out to extend their best wishes to the singer on her special day. In response, Stefani thanked everyone who made her feel loved on her birthday. “Thank u for all the years of love and b day wishes today – love u gx ps to all my homies that texted me today thank u!! gx,” she wrote on Instagram.

Shelton and Stefani’s intimate wedding ceremony took place in July, at Shelton’s ranch in Oklahoma, where he built a special chapel specifically for their wedding.

“It was absolutely a picture-perfect intimate wedding with family. Everyone at the wedding was so thrilled to see Gwen and Blake finally get married,” a source said. “They have been talking about a wedding for so long and wanted nothing more than to officially call themselves a family. It was a fairy-tale experience even for the guests.”

Stefani recently let her love for Shelton be known on their two duet tracks: 2020’s “Nobody But You” and “Happy Anywhere.”
