BLACKPINK Tease First Group Shot for Upcoming Single

K-Pop super group, BLACKPINK, have released their first group teaser in the run up to their upcoming single release “How You Like That”.

After a series of several individual teaser posters, this latest sneak peek offers fans a first look at a group shot in the new single, slated for release on the 26th of June.

BLACKPINK fans, Blinks, have had a busy two weeks. A barrage of teaser posters revealing the members’ new looks have been released, giving fans an exclusive sneak peek at the new era of music.

In addition to all the new content, BLACKPINK have also been at the helm of some record-breaking news coming in from the K-Pop world. Beginning this streak on a high note, the group became the highest charting girl group on the Billboard Hot 100, entering the Top 40 at No. 33 with their track – ‘Sour Candy’ – a collaboration with Lady Gaga.

In addition to this, BLACKPINK made their way to the On-Demand Streaming Songs Chart, becoming the first South-Korean group to do so. The chart, which reflects listener-controlled radio favourites, is an important measure of the impact their music has had on mass audiences.

BLACKPINK were also announced as guest performers on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’. Their appearance, which will take place on the 26th of June, will mark their first live performance of “How You Like That” on television.

And if BLACKPINK haven’t already conquered enough, the group’s music video for the 2016 hit “Whistle” has officially hit 500 million views, making it their 6th music video to do so.
