ATEEZ Have A New Music Video Up Their Sleeve

Just last month, the budding Kpop group, ATEEZ, made their explosive landing with the mini-album, “Zero Fever Part. 1”. It held a good seven tracks, of which, yet another strong candidate has been chosen for their upcoming music video. The track goes by the name, ‘Thanxx’.

Before we tackle the trail of teasers left behind by the band, we’re first going to dive deep into the soundscape of this tune. Standing at just over three minutes, the song opens with a classical folk riff, already leaving room for intrigue. ‘Thanxx’ then segues from ominous melodies to fiery raps, boasting of the band’s wide range. The rest of the track witnesses a cocktail of dramatic electric guitar riffs and loud trap beats, which definitely keep the energy at an all-time high through the song. Perhaps the only issue with this track is the fact that some of their vocals seem to be drowned out by the heavy, thumping beats. But this tune proves to be a thrilling dish, nonetheless. 

A Dip Into The Teasers For ‘Thanxx’

Now, coming to their teasers. ATEEZ shared a stunning group shot along with individual teasers of some of their members. The former features the octet standing in the middle of a blue-tiled, dilapidated swimming pool. Dressed in funky casual wear, the chosen location exudes an odd dystopian vibe to this teaser.

Fans also witnessed a striking individual shoot of Hongjoong. The young rapper is seen showing off a pair of turquoise lenses, silver accessories and curiously enough, a ski goggle. Despite the odd combination, he pulls it off effortlessly. Next up the band’s vocalist, Seonghwa, is in a simple woolen sweater and patterned jeans, looking just as charming.  

Now, in the latter half of July, ATEEZ treated us to the music video for their title track, ‘Inception’. Featuring grand, bizarre sets and a power-packed dance routine, the visuals captured the theme of the track perfectly. And now, this visual’s competitor is set to drop on August 24th.
