Selena Gomez announced that her new album will be out in January 2020! Selenators have fondly been calling the album SG2 since her announcement of the project as the name of the album hasn’t been announced yet. The album – which will include the recently released #1 hit single “Lose You To Love Me” and “Look at Her Now” will be available January 10th via Interscope Records.

The album will be available on pre-add on Apple Music and pre-save at Spotify and pre-order from various digital retailers!

A YouTube trailer featuring an Instagram live stream of Selena working on the album as well as a snippet from the two new songs was released on Thursday 21st November 2019 .

“I’m currently in the studio and it’s going really good,” Gomez says in the clip. “I’m just nervous about it, honestly, ’cause I feel like the next few choices that I’m gonna make are very crucial,” she adds, “So I’m trying to be really really diligent and just patient with everything.” The star further teased her fans saying that her final title and track list will be “coming soon”.


Gomez’s last album release “Revival” was in 2015. In the 4 years since then, she’s been a part of several successful singles and features like “Wolves” ft Marshmello and “Fetish”. Her duet with Julia Michaels “Anxiety” in January launched her back into the limelight. Selena was even seen sporting matching tattoos with Julia Michaels after their duet performance serving us fresh best friend goals!
